How to order OEM/ODM items

As a bulk purchaser looking to find Chinese apparel suppliers, you can discover the types of clothing you need through LIUHUAMALL.COM. On LIUHUAMALL, you can also communicate online with Chinese apparel suppliers to place OEM/ODM orders. The following guide will explain how to proceed with customized purchases on LIUHUAMALL.

STEP 01: Select the items you are interested in, Click “Order” and “Add Product”.

STEP 02: Select sizes & colors, then select “Add to Order”. Once the items are added, enter the desire quantity to each item.

STEP 03:

• Choose your order type.

• Select the items you wish to customize; Select all that apply. You can always leave your detail customization request in the message box for your vendor.

• Once the customization requirement is filled out, proceed to Shipping to let vendors know your shipment requirement.

• Finally, select your preferred Payment Type and press Checkout.

* Your vendors will send you an Order Confirmation or Order Quotation to your account associated email address. Some email service providers may mistakenly place the email in Junk Mail Box. Please make sure to check both Inbox and Junk Mail (Spam).

STEP 04: To complete your purchase by PayPal or Wire Transfer.

Pay via PayPal

• Select pay by PayPal.

• Sign in to your PayPal account.

• Once you have logged in, follow the steps on the screen to complete your payment.

* You can also pay with a credit or debit card with PayPal.

Pay via T/T (Wire Transfer)

• Select once of preferred “Recipient Account”, then select “View Account Information” to get recipient’s wire instruction.

• Complete the wire transfer at your bank (online banking or local branch) according to the bank information provided on the page.

• Once the transfer is completed, please upload your “Wire Transfer Receipt” number.

• Remark: You can also upload your wire transfer receipt by clicking “My Account” > “All Orders”, selecting the corresponding order and clicking “Submit Payment Receipt”.

* Congrats, your recipient will confirm your order and arrange delivery for you as soon as your transaction has been confirmed.

Notes:

• We will begin to process your order upon receipt of your payment. You will receive your order confirmation via email momentary.

• You may always find your Order Status & Shipping info in “My Orders”.
