RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Please see below for more information on our Return & Refund Policy.

 

RETURNS CONDITIONS

 

l   All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date.

l   All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached, and must be unworn, unaltered, and free of damages

l    A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.  

l   EXCEPTIONS    

The following items cannot be returned:  

 ●     Customized Products   

●     OEM/ODM Products   

●     Made to Order Products 

l   If you return goods because they were damaged, incorrect, defective or any other issues we shall be responsible for, we shall have the right to decide a refund or exchange. 

 

HOW DO I RETURN？

 

l   To return an item, please email or contact your merchant to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

l   After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and return according to your merchant’s instructions, and mail your return to the instructed address.

l   Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 

 HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

 

l   After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. 

l   Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank statement or credit card statement, depending on your bank and credit card company. 

l   We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund and when your return has been processed.

l   Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
